Squawks vs. Discrepancies in Quantum MX

- Squawks are reported on an Aircraft or Component when the aircraft or component is NOT in the shop.
- Squawks are held in Quantum MX at the Aircraft or Component level and can be converted/added to a work order when the unit arrives.
- Terminology Rule: 'Squawk' denotes issues outside a work order; 'Discrepancy' denotes issues contained within a active work order.
- To add a squawk, browse to the Aircraft or Component page and locate the '+ Add a Squawk' link under the Squawks tab.
