Logbook Entry Categorization Overview

- Logbook entries in Quantum MX are generated directly from work order documentation.
- Using discrepancy categories allows the system to organize work into distinct sections in the final logbook entry.
- Most common use case: separating SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE (e.g. annual inspection) from UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE (e.g. squawk repairs).
