Purpose of the AOG SOP

  • On Site Aircraft Service uses and maintains a variety of SOPs for the different types of work it performs.
  • These SOPs are used as job aids to help us stand out as a quick-responding, communicative company with highly skilled, knowledgeable technicians.
  • Our technicians provide excellent, reliable, and friendly service that goes the extra mile.
  • When contacted by a Customer for proposed support, follow this workflow from the first call through final aircraft securing.
